Cyber resilience for us is building a culture within Aspen Medical where all of our users take data security, data privacy and IT security very seriously. We do cyber resilience training through Centrered assisting us through software, we also do testing with our employees to ensure they’re aware of the latest cyber-attacks and trends that are going around. From the technicians to the CEO, they are all very passionate about their business and they’re able to help and support us in everything that we need, they always have the answers for any of our IT related issues.”
Centrered is incredibly good at troubleshooting and making sure that all of our systems are running smoothly, which is important because we provide services 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s incredible how quickly we get a response when we have a problem, or when we have something that needs to be looked at. I would definitely recommend everyone to partner with Centrered because of they’re demonstrated expertise and their professionalism, but also because of their personable approach in the way that they deliver their service to people.
When it comes to choosing a supplier, knowing that they use the best solutions and the right technology is good; but what we really rely on is good people, and Centrered have people that we can trust, people that we like and people that we can rely on. It’s not hard to recommend a good supplier and in business (especially in Canberra), when you find someone that’s really great you stick with them. That’s what we see in Centrered .
“Centrered has ably managed all of YWCA Canberra’s IT services since early 2018, and we have been impressed with their ability to meet the needs of our 300+ staff across over 20 diverse worksites. From initial negotiations to the ongoing support provided, Centrered have demonstrated an excellent understanding of the requirements of our business, and have always been responsive in adapting to our needs. Centrered staff are unfailingly helpful, polite and efficient, and we have found their ability to address complex and longstanding issues with our IT infrastructure impressive. Recently, they went above and beyond by checking on the weekend that a power outage wouldn’t affect our network access on Monday – this exemplifies their excellent customer service, and we view Centrered as a fundamental contributor to our business success.“
“Centrered were engaged by Doma at very short notice, following the Voluntary Administration of our incumbent provider. The Centrered team very quickly built a rapport and trust with our staff and are seen as a true business partner, rather than a service provider. Their professionalism and dedication throughout the transition process was exceptional. We highly value our relationship with Centrered and recommend them to any potential client.“
“We engaged Centrered to take over the management of our in-house IT services via a simple and effective Device Based Managed Services Agreement. Our experience with Centrered has been exceptional throughout, from the initial negotiations, to the seamless and professional changeover from our previous service provider and the outstanding support and service that we now receive under our monthly service agreement. The service delivered by all the staff at Centrered is always friendly, helpful, professional and efficient, and the new Device Based Managed Service Agreement is simple and cost effective for us as a Not-For Profit organisation as it enables us to budget better for our IT costs. We have never been happier with the health, functionality, service provision and cost of our IT services. So,‘thank you Centrered’ for being so awesome!“

“Just a quick note to thank Centrered once again for the latest donation of computers you have organised which have been sent to Papua New Guinea recently. As always I so much appreciate your assistance and believe me when I say these donations are having a very positive effect on people with disabilities who can now study as a result of this technology. These laptops will be given to the St Johns Centre for the Blind in Port Moresby.
The laptops you organised for the school in Kiribati are going great guns and are being used by students who have recently been awarded scholarships to study IT and basic computing. Again this wouldn’t have been possible without your assistance.“
